Ashe Country Realtors┬« In December 2023, there were 34 closed sales of residential properties in our Ashe County area at a combined median sales price of $329,000 for the month, this number is increased 6.1% when compared to December 2022. The median days on market for December was 77. There were 94 active residential listings in December 2023, this number was down 6.9% when compared to December 2022.

INVENTORY: During 2023 in our High Country, the High-Country MLS reported 492 new single family residential listings coming onto the market in 2023. The new listings were down 7.7% when compared to last year.

Ashe County: Realtors┬« closed on 382 sales in 2023, this number was down 16% from 2022. The median sales price was $385,000 and 56 median days on the market. The median sales price from 2023 was up from 2022 with the price being $335,000 in 2022.
