Video: Ashe County Murals! We Love The Arts!
If you LOVE Murals and Public Art, Ashe County is the place to visit any time of the year. In this video, we explore a few of the many murals in the Coolest Corner of NC. Our art adventure begins in Fleetwood, before we drive to the New River State Park (Wagoner Access) and West Jefferson. Our journey ends in Lansing, at the newly christened "High on a Mountain" mural.
Although not covered in this video, Ashe County also has several world famous Frescoes and multiple Barn Quilt Trails, along with numerous Arts and Crafts Galleries open year round. We are a WONDERFUL destination for the tourist interested in the Arts.
