A.B. Vannoy Hams

One of the few remaining country ham curing facilities in the country that cures country hams the old fashioned way. We only use four ingredients to cure our hams; salt, brown sugar, fresh mountain air and time. No nitrates or nitrites are ever used on our hams.

The most common comment from customers is that it tastes like the ham their grandfather use to cure and their grandmother cooked in the cast iron skillet on the old wood stove. Take a step back in time and taste the tradition today!
