Spacious great room with flatscreen Satellite TV/DVD and gas log fireplace. Off the living is the first sunroom with table and chairs great for cards or games. Also includes a plush chair that open into a single sleeper.
 
The second sunroom offers another gas log fireplace, comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV. French doors open to a deck with river and mountain views.
 
The master bedroom offers queen bedroom set and Satellite TV. The master bath offers separate deep tub and separate walk in shower. 
 
The second bedroom offers queen bedroom set. The second full bathroom located off of the hall includes a tub/shower combo.
 
Dining table seats 6 and there are bar stools at the granite kitchen bar. Well equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, toaster, K-Cup and regular drip coffee maker, and all you need to prepare a family meal. 
 
A spacious gameroom with pool table, bistro set, and 1/2 bath is located off the foyer. The washer/dryer, iron & board can be found in this space as well.
 
Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy with a wide-covered side deck with cushioned seating. Patio with picnic table and swing. Gazebo. Adirondacks on the front patio.  Enjoy cooking outdoors on the gas grill.  
 
The New River is just a short with long grassy-community river access offering fire-pit, benches and large covered picnic shelter.  Great for canoeing, fishing and tubing.
 
Dog Friendly: Small dog (25lbs or less) accepted with prior notice and approval. 2 dog max. No Puppies or other animals.
