The open dining area seats 10 guests and flows seamlessly into the custom kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, gas cooktop, ice maker, KitchenAid oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven—ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory meals.

The main-level primary suite offers a queen bed and an en-suite bath with double sinks, shower, and vanity for added comfort and convenience.
