Second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV with satellite, and a closet offering a variety of family games and children books. Upper level offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
 
Lower level opens into a sleeping area with a queen bed, smart TV, and access to the front yard area. Also included on the lower level is the third bedroom with a twin daybed with trundle, chair, and bookshelf with more games. The lower level also accommodates a third full bathroom with a walk in shower, and a spacious laundry room area.
Explore the outdoors by relaxing on the wrap around covered porch, enjoying the firepit, and the short walk down to The New River frontage for days filled with fishing, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing with friends & family.
