Raving about Mountain Lair Cabin

"We loved Mountain Lair! It was so quiet and peaceful. The house is
awesome and very clean. The location was perfect. My family of 2 grown
daughters and their husbands all said it was our best vacation ever.
Lots of things to do in the area like canoeing, hiking, kayaking and a
great disc golf course in nearby Jefferson. Close enough to Boone for
movies and a mall if desired. We loved the nearby town of West Jefferson
and went on the Gallery Crawl on Friday night. We highly recommend
Mountain Lair. The only drawback is the very steep driveway, but that
was easily overcome by parking our truck at the top. Our Toyota Corolla
had no problem with the driveway however. "
